Bioheart Inc (Nasdaq: BHRT), which is focused on development of

on 1 August that it has signed a non-binding letter of intent to
acquire MEDICALGORITHMICS Ltd as well as the worldwide rights to the

The two companies, following the terms of the non-binding letter of
intent, are anticipated to conduct their due diligence review within
the next 60-90 days. The terms of the agreement were not released.
