On May 30, 2008, i2Telecom sold a patent and certain patent applications (the "Patent") to Sinon Data LLC for $6,500,000 in cash consideration. The Patent relates to i2Telecom’s Voice Stick Access Module. I2Telecom retains a non-exclusive license without geographic limitations
